75-456. Same; rules and regulations authorized. (a) The secretary of state is authorized to adopt rules and regulations for the proper implementation of K.S.A. 2012 Supp. 75-451 to 75-458, inclusive, and amendments thereto. (b) The secretary of state shall prescribe by rule and regulation voting procedures to maintain confidentiality of the addresses of program participants. |
