SB189 - Providing injured employees the freedom of choice to designate their healthcare provider and requiring the employer to pay for the services of such healthcare provider with regard to workers compensation.
SB195 - Establishing the property tax task force that shall study the property tax system in Kansas and develop recommendations and suggest improvements to law.
SB200 - Designating Kansas as a purple heart state, requiring the governor to proclaim August 7 of each year as purple heart day and urging veterans organizations to plan special activities in observance thereof.
