SB284 was brought forward by Chairperson Dietrich to be worked. Eileen Ma provided an amendment requested by Senator Murphy to strike the word "wholesaler." (Attachment 6)
Senator Francisco moved to amend the bill. Senator Kloos seconded. Motion passed.
Another amendment was provided by the Revisor Eileen Ma upon request, to define a 340B patient. (Attachment 7)
Senator Francisco moved to approve the amendment. Senator Fagg seconded.
Senator Gossage moved a substitute motion to table the bill. Senator Rose seconded. Motion failed. Division called, 3 yes and 5 no.
Back on the original motion by Senator Francisco, motion failed.
Senator Argabright moved to pass out SB284 favorably as amended. Senator Francisco seconded. Motion passed.
Senator Fagg moved to remove the contents of HB2245 and insert the contents of SB284 as amended. Senator Argabright seconded. Motion failed.
