The Chair opened the Final Action on HB2204.
Mike Heim, Office of the Revisor of Statutes, gave a summary of HB2204. HB2204 would declare that the World Health Organization, the United Nations, and the World Economic Forum shall have no jurisdiction or power within the state of Kansas.
Representative Clayton offered an amendment that would strike United Nations from HB2204. Representative Clayton moved the amendment , Representative Miller seconded. Motion failed.
Representative Schmoe moved, Representative Huebert seconded to pass HB2204 favorably. Motion carried.
Representative Mosley, Representative Poskins, Representative Miller, Representative L. Ruiz, and Representative Clayton asked for their no votes to be recorded.
Representative Sanders, Representative Waggoner, and Representative Schertfeger asked for their yes votes to be recorded.
