Chairperson Rahjes announced the Committee would meet tomorrow to work HB2268 which is the same bill as SB213 which was referred to this Committee on March 14, 2025.
Chairperson Rahjes recognized Representative Roeser.
Representative Roeser moved, seconded by Representative Schlingensiepen, to allow Revisor Hamilton to be able to communicate if there are duplicate amendments. Motion passed.
Chairman Rahjes announced tomorrow is Celebrate Kansas Ag Day at the Capitol.
