Representative Ken Corbet provided testimony in support of the bill. (Attachment 4) The bill does two things, it reinstates the Senior Lifetime Combination License with no sunset provision and it removes the sunset clause on the Youth Lifetime Combination License.
Representative Corbet stood for questions.
