Minutes for SB211 - Committee on Agriculture and Natural Resources

Authorizing the members of the wildlife and parks commission to submit proposed rules and regulations to such commission.

Chairman Peck opened final action on SB211 at 9:08 a.m.

Tamera Lawrence, Revisor, presented an overview of the bill.

Senator Fagg made a motion to amend the bill, seconded by Senator Ryckman. (Attachment 14)

Senator Fagg and Second Senator Ryckman withdrew the motion.

Senator Francisco made a motion to amend the bill, seconded by Senator Ware. Motion carried. (Attachment 15)

Due to time constraints final action on SB211 will continue on March 11th.

Chairman Peck adjourned the meeting at 9:27 a.m.
