Revisor Eileen Ma reviewed the bill again for the Committee and stood for questions. She handed out a technical amendment to the bill to change publication from the statute book to the Kansas register. (Attachment 1)
Senator Gossage moved that the technical amendment be accepted. Senator Kloos seconded. Motion passed.
Senator Gossage moved that the Committee pass out HB2087 as amended favorably. Senator Argabright seconded. Motion passed.
