Chairwoman Estes opened discussion and action on SB78, and recognized Jason Long, Senior Assistant Revisor, Office of Revisor of Statutes, to explain the bill. (Attachment 11).
Representative McNorton moved, seconded by Representative Chauncey to pass SB78 favorably. Motion carried.
