Chairperson Waymaster opened final action on SB14.
Representative Williams moved, Representative Hoffman seconded, to pass out SB14 favorably for passage.
Representative Hoffman informed committee members of a proposed balloon amendment. (Attachment 3)
Representative Hoffman moved, Representative Francis seconded, to accept the balloon amendment. Motion carried.
Revisor Wolters answered questions from committee members.
Representative Estes moved, Representative Moser seconded, to add the definition of continuing appropriation to SB14, as amended. Motion carried.
Representative Williams moved, Representative Hoffman, to pass out SB14, as amended, favorably for passage. Motion carried.
