Vice Chair Schmoe opened the hearing on HB2204.

Mike Heim, Office of the Revisor of Statutes gave a briefing(Attachment5) on HB2204 which regarded the world health organization, the united nations, and the economic forum have no power within the state of Kansas or any political subdivisions thereof, to enforce any rule, regulation, tax, policy, or mandate.

Teddy Love, Private Citizen provided testimony(Attachment6) in support of HB2204. This bill is important and timely and necessary for the protection of Kansans.

Nick Reinecker, Private Citizen, gave testimony(Attachment7) in support of HB2204. There was a single convention on narcotics drugs dated 1961 which was considered a treaty obligation and a reason the federal government has prohibited certain substances and therefore, the state felt the need to do the same with its state sovereign substance control acts.

Erika Sheets testified(Attachment8) on HB2204 in support. Erika testified that her testimony connects the dots on how globalist organizations have been allowed to operate. The Center for Disease Control's whole child community model is the United Nations well used learning model.

Vice Chair Schmoe reminded the committee that there are Written Only testimony in support of HB2204 to review.

Vice Chair Schmoe closed the hearing on HB2204.
