Mike Heim, Office of the Revisor of Statutes gave a(Attachment1) briefing on HB2332. The bill is simple and adds the seal fixed to the front of the podium in the chamber of the House of Representatives on the effective date of this act. This would establish the seal for the House of Representatives.
Representative Estes testified(Attachment2)(Attachment3) that the bill describes what the seal entails and what the seal shall be utilized for. Official documents of the House of Representatives and other purposes approved by the speaker.
