Chair Hoheisel called for final action on SB 64 and recognized Jason Thompson, Senior Assistant Revisor, to provide a brief review of the bill.
Chair Hoheisel moved to amend SB 64 with a proposed amendment, (Attachment1) changing the effective date of the bill to Kansas register, seconded by Representative White. Motion carried.
Representative Stiens moved to favorably pass SB 64, as amended, seconded by Representative Roeser. Motion carried. Representative C. Smith requested his yes vote recorded.
