Vice Chair Thomas opened the hearing on HB2120.
Tamera Lawrence, Assistant Revisor, Office of the Revisor of Statutes, gave a overview of the bill. (Attachment 6)
Ethan Erickson, Vice President for Administration and Finance, Kansas State University, said this bill authorizes the conveyance of two pieces of real estate by the State Board of Regents. The sale of the properties will help eliminate deferred maintenance backlog and increase space utilization at Kansas State University. (Attachment 7)
