Natalie Scott, Revisor's Office, provided an overview of the bill and stood for questions. (Attachment 3)
Michelle McCormick, Executive Director, Kansas Coalition Against Sexual & Domestic Violence, provided testimony in support of the bill. She states the KCSDV supports the bill that would clarify in statute that victims shall not be charged a fee for service of process by the sheriff's office under the Kansas protection order acts. (Attachment 4)
Proponent, written only testimony was submitted by Ed Klumpp on behalf of the Kansas Sheriffs' Association (Attachment 5)
