Chairwoman Estes requested an amendment to SB76 and recognized Jason Long, Senior Assistant Revisor, Office of the Revisor of Statutes to explain the amendment. (Attachment 2).
Representative McNorton moved, seconded by Representative Hill to pass the amendment to SB76 as presented. Motion carried.
Representative Steele moved, seconded by Representative Brantley to pass SB76 as amended. Motion carried.
