Chris Waggoner provided the committee with a briefing on the bill. (Attachment 4)
Senator Stephen Owens, District # 31, presented to the committee proponent testimony on the bill as it allows the codifying of Dealer Only Inventory Title in statute and it solves a problem for all powersports dealers without impacting the title requirements on non highway vehicles. (Attachment 5)
