Representative Carmichael moved, Representative Osman seconded, to adopt the amendment. The motion carried.
Representative Curtis moved, Representative Schrieber seconded, to recommend HB2347 as amended favorably for passage. The motion carried.
Representative Carmichael requested his Yay vote be recorded.
Chair Humphries adjourned the meeting.
