Kendra Wyatt, Chief Executive Officer, New Birth Company, provided lengthy-informative proponent testimony for this bill. With this bill, accredited birth centers will gain access to the private malpractice market and remove the bulk of its liability out of the taxpayer funded plan. (Attachment 9)
Clark Schultz, Executive Director, Kansas Healthcare Stabilization Fund provided neutral, written only, testimony (Attachment 10)
