Chairperson Rahjes opened the hearing on HB2153 and requested Revisor Kyle Hamilton, Office of Revisors of Statutes, to give the bill brief. (Attachment 11)  He stood for questions.

Research Analyst, Heather O'Hara, Legislative Research Department, was asked to give the report on the fiscal note.
