Chairperson Rahjes opened the hearing on HB2012 and requested Revisor Kyle Hamilton, Office of Revisor of Statutes, to give the bill brief. (Attachment 23)
Research Analyst, Heather O'Hara, Legislative Research Department, gave details of the fiscal note.
Chairperson Rahjes announced questions would be held until after the completion of all testimony.
