Jessie Pringle distributed an amendment addressing subsequent hearings, inserting the phrase "and subsequent hearings to be held every six months thereafter" on line four, page one. The amendment also changed line nine, page three, section 3-F, from nine months to six months. (Attachment 2)
The Chair asked for a motion on the amendment. Representative Johnson moved, seconded by Representative Neighbor to approve the amendment to HB2075. Motion carried.
Representative Neighbor recommended passing HB2075 as amended. The Chair asked for questions or comments; there were none. Representative Neighbor moved, seconded by Representative Pickert to pass HB2075 as amended. Motion carried.
