Lieutenant Matthew Payne, Kansas Highway Patrol, gave supporting testimony to the importance in safety and efficacy of the interlock ignition program of HB2222. This bill would provide for safety regulations in stopping car starts and preventing DUI accidents.(Attachment 8)
