Chairperson Deitrich brought SB 27 before the Committee to be worked. Revisor Eileen Ma provided a review of the bill for the Committee. The Chairperson requested the desire of the Committee. Senator Francisco offered an amendment to the bill. (Attachment 1) The Committee discussed.
Senator Francisco moved that the amendment for SB 27 be accepted. Senator Fagg seconded. Motion carried.
Senator Fagg moved that SB 27 be passed favorably out of the Committee as amended. Senator Argabright seconded. Motion carried.
