The Chair opened the hearing on HB2048. Assistant Revisor, Ma, explained HB2048 and stood for questions. (Attachment 6) Eric Turek, Director Government Affairs, Kansas Insurance Department, gave testimony in support of this bill and stood for questions.(Attachment 7) There were no neutrals or opponents present. Seeing no questions from committee members, the Chair closed the hearing on HB2048.
