Chairperson Proctor opened discussion on HB2020 and recognized Assistant Revisor, Mike Heim, Office of Revisor of Statutes who presented summary of bill. (Attachment 1)

Fiscal note for HB2020 was provided by Adam Proffitt, Director of the Budget.

Chairperson Proctor recognized Bryan Caskey, Director of Elections, Secretary of State Office who provided details how list comparisons are done and answered questions from committee.

Representative Sutton moved, seconded by Representative Haskins to approve minutes from January 14, 2025. Motion passed.
