Representative Williams moved, Representative Francis seconded, to recommend HR6004 favorably for passage.
Representative Clayton offered a balloon amendment to Rule 1308, Subsection (b). (Attachment 2)
Representative Clayton moved, Representative Smith seconded, to adopt the amendment. The motion carried.
Discussion of the Rule 501.(4) ensued regarding keeping the wording concerning breastfed children. In conclusion of the discussion, a decision made by the Chair to present any wording changes on the floor.
Representative Williams moved, Representative Francis seconded, to recommend HR6004 favorably as amended. The motion carried.
The Chair adjourned the meeting at 12:36pm.
