The Chair opened the Hearing on HR6004.
The Chair reminded the committee that they are not modifying previous rules, but in effect starting with a fresh document.
Representative Blake Carpenter covered all revisions made, resulting in the 2025 version of HR6004. (Attachment 2)
The Revisor offered to make a redline version available prior to the next meeting so committee members can compare the former version with the newly proposed version.
The Chair closed the Hearing on HR6004.
Chair announced that the next meeting will be at noon on Tues, Jan 21, 2025.
The Chair adjourned the meeting at 4:15pm.
