Representative Turk motioned, seconded by Representative Hoffman, to rename the bill House Substitute HB2798. Motion passed.

Jill Wolters, First Assistant Revisor of Statutes, gave a memorandum on the bill. (Attachment 1) Ms. Wolters stood for questions from the committee.

Representative Turk explained his amendment. Representative Turk motioned, seconded by Representative Rhiley, to approve the amendment. Motion carried.

Representative Waggoner explained his amendment.  Representative Waggoner motioned, seconded by Representative Rhiley, to approve amendment. Motion failed.

Representative Hoffman motioned, seconded by Representative Rhiley, to pass House Substitute for HB2798 as amended. Motioned carried.
