Chair Kessler re-opened the Final Action continuation of SB372.

Representative Willcott moved, seconded by Representative Meyer to table the SB372 until an interim meeting. Motion failed.

Division was called. Nine yes votes and there were twelve no votes. 

Representative Willcott provided an amendment. Representative Willcott explained the amendment (Attachment 1).

Representative Willcott moved ,seconded by Representative Schmoe to approve the amendment. Motion failed.

Representative Schwertfeger provided an amendment and explained it (Attachment 2).

Representative Schwertfeger moved, seconded by Representative Schmoe to approve the amendment. Motion failed.

Representative Willcott moved to table the bill to a later date, seconded by Representative L. Ruiz. Motion failed.

In a previous meeting, March 11, 2026,SB372 was amended.

Representative Kessler moved, seconded by Schmoe to pass SB372 as amended. Motion carried.
