Chairperson Billinger distributed a balloon amendment and discussed the proposed changes.  (Attachment 2)

Chairperson Billinger moved, Senator Kloos seconded, adoption of the balloon amendment. The motion carried.

Senator Fagg moved, Senator Kloos seconded, to recommend HB 2513, as amended, favorably for passage. The motion carried.

Chairperson Billinger adjourned the meeting at 10:50 am. The next meeting will be March 10, 2026.
