Chairperson Gossage introduced William Wilk who spoke in favor of the bill. (Attachment17) Mr. Wilk testified this compact is a necessary step to increase access to athletic trainers, especially in rural parts of the state. He urged the committee to support this bill.

Chairperson Gossage introduced Shawna Jordan who spoke in favor of the bill. (Attachment18) She testified the bill would promote workforce development for athletic trainers, provide patients with greater access to healthcare, and enhance the ability of tele-health services.
