Chairperson Gossage introduced Rachelle Colombo who provided proponent testimony on the bill. (Attachment4) Ms. Colombo testified that adding nurse practitioners and clinical nurse specialists to the Health Care Stabilization Fund would make the minimum coverage requirement for all Advanced Practicing Registered Nurses (APRN) consistent with that which is required for all other healthcare providers participating in the fund. Ms. Colombo stood for questions from the committee.
