Representative Carpenter moved, Representative Turk seconded, to amend the bill establishing the way elections will be conducted with the Department for Children and Families having oversight. Motion carried. (Attachment 6)

Vice Chairperson Williams moved, Representative Goetz seconded, to pass out HB2788, as amended, favorably for passage. Motion carried.
