Connor O'Flannagan, State Parks Director, Kansas Department of Wildlife, spoke in favor of the bill. (Attachment 6) (Attachment 7) (Attachment8) (Attachment  9)  The Kansas State Parks System is comprised of 28 state parks spanning approximately 32,000 acres. State parks are popular attractions for both residents and nonresidents.
