Proponent:
Eric Stafford, President & CEO, Kansas Chamber of Commerce, testified that this bill would modify Kansas Statute to reflect recent changes under Federal rule of Evidence 702. Being that Kansas is a statutory state for expert evidence, K.S.A. 60-456(b) needs to be updated to reflect these changes. (Attachment 5)
