Natalie Scott, Revisor of Statutes, briefed the bill and handed out a technical amendment.(Attachment5) Representative Esau moved and Representative Simmons seconded that the amendment be adopted. Motion carried.

Discussion followed on the amended bill. Representative Esau moved and Representative Simmons seconded to recommend HB2270 favorably for passage as amended. Motion carried.
