SB 422 was brought forward by the Chairperson for final action. Eric Turek, Government Relations Director for the Department of Insurance gave an overview of the bill and offered an amendment. (Attachment 4) The amendment includes sending nonresidents notice of revocation of license and giving the commissioner permission to waive the revocation.
