The Chairperson brought SB 412 forward for final action. Senator Warren offered an amendment that specified who non-parties were. Committee discussed and asked questions of Brock Roehler, General Counsel for the Office of the State Bank Commissioner about time frames for notification. (Attachment 3)

Senator Warren offered to conceptually amend the amendment to include that notification occur no later than 15 calendar days following the issuance of a court order. Senator Gossage seconded. Motion carried.
