Chairperson Dietrich brought SB 232 forward for final action. Revisor Eileen Ma gave a synopsis of the bill. She also explained an amendment to the bill that was brought by the Treasurer's Office. (Attachment 1) The amendment tightens language pertaining to investment in foreign countries.
