Revisor Hamilton provided a briefing on the bill. Ratification of rules and regulations under the Reins Act regarding motor vehicles and camping.

Representative Corbet moved, Representative Schmoe seconded to pass the amendment. Motion carried.

An amendment was presented by Representative Corbet(Attachment5).  

Representative Corbet moved, Representative Willcott seconded to pass the amendment. Motion carried.

Representative Bergkamp introduced conceptual amendment in regard to the effective date for fiscal years 2027 and after. 

Representative Bergkamp moved, Representative Willcott seconded to pass the amendment. Motion carried.

Representative Schmoe moved, Representative Howe seconded to pass HB2568 as amended. Motion carried.
