Chair Kessler opened the Final Action on HB2511.

Revisor Hamilton provided a briefing on the bill. The amendment would permit money received from agricultural production on state owned property to be used for costs and expenses associated with the management of all state-owned properties. Specifically, properties owned by Kansas Department of Wildlife & Parks.

An amendment was presented by Representative Corbet(Attachment3).  

Representative Corbet moved, Representative Schmoe seconded to pass the amendment. Motion carried.

Representative McNorton moved, Representative Meyer seconded to pass HB2511 as amended. Motion carried.
