The Chair opened the Final Action on HB2505.

Revisor Hamilton provided a briefing on the bill. The bill regarded an exception for Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks records regarding the location of any species that is threatened, endangered, or in need of conservation for the disclosure requirements.

Representative Corbet moved, Representative Schmoe seconded to recommend the bill favorably. Motion carried.
