Representative Dr. Sherri Brantley gave Proponent testimony about accountability and transparency of federal funds in the schools. (Attachment 2)

Dr. Frank Harwood gave Neutral testimony and shared the big red book of reports that comes from the Kansas State Department of Education yearly. He offered to help reduce the number of reports based on necessity and the reports that might sunset soon. (Attachment 3)
