Proponents:

Senator Michael Murphy testified as a proponent. (Attachment 2) This bill develops a program whereby state employees can essentially gain ownership and save taxpayer dollars and be rewarded for doing so. The Department of Administration is in a perfect position to administer the program. Employees can identify waste, fraud, abuse and inefficiencies and when verified be financially rewarded.
