Chairman Thompson moved, seconded by Senator Clifford to pass the amendment. Motion passed.

Senator Murphy passed out the Johnson County Special Election ballot. 

Senator Murphy moved, seconded by Senator Starnes to pass out the resolution as amended. Motion passed.
