Representative Henry Helgerson  introduced the virtual proponent speaker to this bill, Mr Victor Hogstrom. (Attachment 13)

Mr. Hogstrom gave proponent virtual testimony to the revenue that a PBS Kansas specialty plate would provide by directly funding local Kansas programming and children's educational content on the PBS station.   It would raise awareness to the resources the station produces and the stories of Kansas, it's people and its history  through radio and TV.
