A conceptual amendment was made to give the Office of Revisor of Statute, flexibility. 

Senator Clifford moved, seconded by Senator Argabright to move the amendment to allow the Revisor of Statutes flexibility . Motion passed. 

Senator Clifford moved, seconded by Senator Starns to pass SB434, as amended. Motion passed.
