The Chair opened discussion on SB 380.

Senator Clifford presented an amendment (Attachment 1), which Senator Francisco recommended be edited for clarification.

Senator Clifford moved, seconded by Senator Thompson, to accept the amendment as edited.  The motion carried.

Senator Clifford moved, seconded by Senator Petersen, to pass favorably SB 380 out of committee as amended.  The motion carried.
