The Chair opened the discussion on SB 379. 

Senator Francisco offered an amendment (Attachment 1).  

Nick Myers, Assistant Revisor, Office of Revisor of Statutes, provided a brief description of the amendment.

After discussion, the amendment was edited.

Senator Francisco moved, seconded by Senator Peterson, that the amendment as edited be approved.  The motion passed.

Senator Peterson moved, seconded by Senator Francisco, that SB 379 be approved as amended.  The motion passed.
